巴西茶树菇炖椰子汤

My mother-in-law once commented how nice our complexions are… 很有水分… she attributed it to our regular intake of soup. Have praise, I’ll take! haha.

This is a beautiful soup. Individually, the ingredients help with raising your immunity, detox, good for complexion and great antioxidant effects.

Just 5 ingredients… 巴西菇,茶树菇(English too hard to write), chicken, coconut, and red dates.

Soak the mushrooms for 30mins, with a change of water 10mins in. Then pour out all the water of the coconut and scrap out the meat. Add chicken, coconut water, soaked mushrooms and red dates, add water, covering chicken, and boil for 2 to 3 hours. Add salt then serve!
